-
What about sustainable brewing? We are always looking at ways to minimise the impact on the environment whether through the processes we employ, the beers that we brew or the impact of our distribution. - All our spent grains are given to a local farm for animal feed - The hops and yeast slurry, are composted and used on our home vegetable patches - Our brewery taproom uses air pumps to serve the beers, reducing our CO2 footprint - We are reducing our use of plastic by moving over to steel kegs wherever possible
-
What do we do with empty containers? We are increasingly moving towards using reusable steel kegs for our packaging. We do however use polykegs on occasion, which we always recycle. They make great individual greenhouses.
