Frequently Asked Questions

Got some questions? Take a look at our FAQs for the most common answers.
  • Are your beers vegan?
99% of the time, yes we are. We don't use any finings or lactose in any of our beers. Occasionally, we do brew using locally sourced honey and these brews are always clearly marked.
  • Are you trade only?
We service predominantly local and national trade outlets but are very happy to supply private events / parties. We offer a walk up collection from our Taproom and always have a wide range of Heathen and guest takeouts for non trade customers.
  • Do you offer volume discounts?
For trade customers, we are happy to talk about discounts based on minimum order and frequency. Get in touch to discuss.
  • Do you supply private events?
We can supply your event with a range of beers in 30L polykegs. If required, we can supply a Lindr drinks dispenser machine to keep the beers flowing.
  • How long are your delivery times?
For local customers, we deliver weekly. If you need your Heathen beer urgently, drop us a message and we will see what we can do. National orders are fulfilled via Eebria and delivery times are usually 3 to 4 days.
  • Do you charge for delivery?
For local deliveries we do not make a specific delivery charge. We do however require a minimum order. We are flexible and proactive in getting our beers our to our customers so get in touch if you have specific questions. You are of course able to collect direct from the brewery. Just drop us an email in advance so we can have everything ready for you. National orders are fulfilled by our distributor, Eebria and are subject to their usual terms and conditions.
  • What are your supply terms?
We invoice on delivery and payment is due within 28 days.
  • There is a problem with my order
Please contact us as soon as possible with details so we can resolve the issue.
  • Are you open to brewing collaboration?
Heck yes!. If you are interested in working with us on something a bit different, get in touch. We love talking beer and brewing!
  • What about sustainable brewing?
We are always looking at ways to minimise the impact on the environment whether through the processes we employ, the beers that we brew or the impact of our distribution. - All our spent grains are given to a local farm for animal feed - The hops and yeast slurry, are composted and used on our home vegetable patches - Our brewery taproom uses air pumps to serve the beers, reducing our CO2 footprint - We are reducing our use of plastic by moving over to steel kegs wherever possible
  • What do we do with empty containers?
We are increasingly moving towards using reusable steel kegs for our packaging. We do however use polykegs on occasion, which we always recycle. They make great individual greenhouses.
