Busted Pump

Part three of our imperial stout trilogy, this Olorosso sherry puncheon aged impy is a classic. Brewed in collaboration with our good mate Stephen. Ruby hued at the edges, but deep and dark at the centre.

Our favourite base malts of Hana and Extra Pale Maris Otter with a chunk of oats and sprinkling of dextrin added. Pacifica, El Dorado, and HBC638 in the whirlpool and fermentor.
